We use the assistance of AI to support our photography, this may mean that sometimes there a small differences between the image and the product. We will however note this, or make adjustments to ensure you are 100% clear on the item you have ordered.

We aim to ensure transparency is at the top of our priority list, meaning you will know exactly what your ordering and what you are receiving. Not only is your item carefully looked over when it comes into our hands, but we will also double check your item carefully before we send it out to you. If we notice any changes, we will call you to let you know and you will have the option of a refund, store credit or keeping the item as purchased.
Buy & Sell:
Yes we buy your items and then we also sell our specially sourced and curated finds. We do our research and check the retail pricing, and Pre-loved pricing, across 5 different domains/apps. We clean, mend, curate, and ensure perfection in our products, and then we ensure your receiving great value for your purchase.

I need a dress urgently?
We will always attempt to help where we can, we can not always promise to meet your deadline, but we are happy to see what we can do. Just send an email to admin@soulandstyle.com.au with the heading EXPRESS REQUEST, tell us your deadline and we will see what we can do.
How much will you pay for my item?
It depends on the condition, brand and quality of your garment, we wont pay what you might get if you were to sell on marketplace yourself, but we do the work for you and the transaction is easy. You receive a nominal amount, without the work and you can trust the item will go to a new home either through a sale or donation.
Items that have an original purchase price of under $50 we will not usually buy, we also do not onsell brands similar to, and including Kmart, Shein, Temu, Big W, Target etc.
What do you mean by Donation?
We will ensure that any garments not sold, are donated to organisations that could use them, wether this is for material or for wear. We believe in continuing the cycle and minimising our contribution to landfill as much as possible.
How quickly can you answer my question?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.
How long is the processing period?
Order processing times are between 1~3 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 3 business days following the day you placed your order.
Address changes?
Our warehouse staff are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to catch your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally and to almost all countries. You will receive your shipment 5-25 days after the order is shipped. All orders are shipped out within 1 or 2 days.
