💫 ABOUT OUR PIECES

Are your items new or pre-loved?

We curate a mix of pre-loved, vintage, and sometimes new pieces. Each item is individually selected for quality, style, and condition.

How do you choose what to stock?

Every piece is hand-selected based on condition, style relevance, and overall wearability. If it doesn’t feel like a Soul & Style piece, it doesn’t make the cut.

Do items have flaws?

Some pre-loved pieces may have minor signs of wear, which will always be noted in the product description. Anything significant will be clearly shown in photos or not listed at all.

📏 SIZING + FIT

How do I know if something will fit me?

We include as much detail as possible in each listing, including measurements where relevant. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to help.

Do you recommend sizing up or down?

Fit depends on the brand and fabric. We always describe fit honestly (e.g. relaxed, fitted, oversized) to help guide your decision.

Can I return something if it doesn’t fit?

We do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check measurements carefully before purchasing.

📦 ORDERS + SHIPPING

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped via Australia Post.

Will I get tracking?

Yes—once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we primarily ship within Australia. If you’re overseas and love something, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

🔁 RETURNS + REFUNDS

Can I return my order?

We do not offer returns for change of mind. However, you are protected under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or incorrect items.

What if my item is faulty?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details. We will assess and resolve in line with Australian Consumer Law.

How do I care for my pieces?

We recommend following care labels where provided. For pre-loved items, gentle washing and care will help extend the life of each piece.

Why is everything unique or one-of-a-kind?

We focus on curated fashion rather than mass stock. This means most pieces are limited or completely unique—once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Do you restock items?

No—our pieces are mostly one-off finds. However, we regularly add new curated drops.
