At Soul & Style, we carefully curate every piece to ensure quality, style, and wearability. We want you to love your purchase, however we also recognise that sometimes something may not be quite right.
This policy outlines your rights in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
✨ YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if an item:

If a product has a minor issue, we may choose to repair or replace the item rather than provide a refund.
🛍️ CHANGE OF MIND
As most of our pieces are curated, pre-loved, or one-of-a-kind, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if you simply decide the item is not right for you.
We encourage you to read all item descriptions carefully before purchasing, and reach out if you have any questions prior to buying.

Once assessed, we will offer a solution in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:

🚚 RETURN CONDITION
If a return is approved:

Items must be returned in their original condition

Items must not be worn, washed, or altered

Tags must still be attached (if applicable)
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is confirmed faulty.
💳 REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once approved.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

All sale or discounted items are final sale unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
