This mini/pencil skirt has this awesome velvet feel on the outside with a satin style lining on the  inside, so its flexible and comfortable. The floral print really works well as the large flowers almost give a subtle tone to the 60's and 70's. We say subtle because the skirt would blend well with a range of tops and shoes. It has a zip and button up front with slight tailoring at the waist, and a fitted style through the skirt. So cute!
